About the role
- Analyze sales data, consumer behavior and competitors to generate shopper and market insights.
- Monitor performance by channel, region and product, proposing tactical actions to improve results.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication and execution at the point of sale (retail and wholesale).
- Develop and execute creative promotional activities aligned with brand positioning, while preserving aesthetics and Brazilian identity.
- Plan and implement commercial activation calendars with a focus on increasing sell-out and engaging sales teams.
- Drive wholesale coop opportunities to boost results with partners.
- Build relationships with shopping centers, landlords, marketplaces and other strategic players.
- Integrate field information into communication and launch plans to enhance campaign relevance.
Requirements
- Experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing or related areas.
- Knowledge of sales data analysis, consumer behavior and market intelligence.
- Strong relationship-building skills with commercial partners and internal teams.
- Creative mindset to develop promotional activations and point-of-sale experiences.
- Organized and capable of planning commercial calendars.
