About the role

  • Develop advanced quantitative analyses to support strategic decision-making for the wholesale channel.
  • Build analytical models and simulation scenarios to assess impacts on sales, revenue, inventory, margin and cash flow.
  • Structure trade-off analyses between business alternatives, clearly stating assumptions, risks and financial impacts.
  • Turn large volumes of data into actionable insights by connecting disparate data sources and perspectives within the channel.
  • Develop and maintain performance and efficiency tracking models for the channel (e.g., turnover, aging, coverage, service level, tied-up capital).
  • Support the design and prioritization of channel acceleration projects based on quantitative evidence.
  • Create economic viability analyses and measure the outcomes of implemented projects and initiatives.
  • Automate reports, models and analytical routines, reducing operational effort and increasing the reliability of results.
  • Ensure analytical governance: data consistency, traceability of assumptions and methodological clarity.
  • Act as the technical analytics reference within the team, raising the analytical level of discussions and decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Strong analytical reasoning, with the ability to decompose complex problems into manageable parts;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • SQL Server is a plus;
