About the role
- Act in sourcing and supplier development for the brands.
- Negotiate costs, lead times and terms with international suppliers.
- Support the collection build alongside the brands (average retail price, size range, budget, markup).
- Prospect and evaluate new international suppliers, including factory visits.
- Analyze production capacity, compliance and supplier alignment with brand requirements.
- Interface with Design, Planning, MRP/Production Control (PCP) and Quality teams.
- Monitor performance KPIs and cost saving / cost avoidance initiatives.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the brands, suggesting solutions for cost, product and feasibility challenges throughout development.
- Maintain direct contact and operational alignment with the Shanghai office in supplier development and negotiations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Sourcing/Purchasing/Procurement
- Experience in the fashion industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Collaborative profile with strong relationship skills.
