About the role

  • Support the Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams with operational tasks;
  • Manage budgets for Marketing and Visual Merchandising (planned, actual, and balance);
  • Process payments to suppliers via invoices (NF);
  • Procure office supplies;
  • Maintain daily communication with store managers and internal and external teams;
  • Ship materials to all stores and corners across Brazil;
  • Request quotes from suppliers;
  • Negotiate quotes with suppliers;
  • Monitor delivery schedules with suppliers;
  • Manage brand materials inventory/asset archive;
  • Manage item vouchers;
  • Support the supplies/procurement team with store and office requests;
  • Schedule and track deliveries and pickups;
  • Manage check-in and check-out of items, updating records;
  • Provide general administrative support for the department.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative, logistics, marketing, or visual merchandising roles;
  • Experience managing inventories or archives;
  • Knowledge of payment processes and invoice management;
  • Experience working in dynamic environments that require organization and agility;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Highly organized;
  • Committed to deadlines;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive.
