About the role

  • Understand the current situation and landscape of the brands, identifying business opportunities;
  • Work on the specification, development and structuring of Data Science projects;
  • Develop data analyses to support leadership decision-making;
  • Understand the value proposition and specific characteristics of the Labs' digital products and solutions;
  • Assist in implementing existing solutions and/or develop in-house solutions/tools to improve business performance;
  • Build relationships with partner departments to understand the business, explore needs and demonstrate results;
  • Design and optimize workflows and processes;
  • Propose and implement improvements and manage business KPIs and their data sources;
  • Contribute to the dissemination of analytical best practices across brands;
  • Act as part of the agile team, contributing to agile ceremonies;
  • Participate in meetings with the various Grupo Soma departments.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
  • Strong logical reasoning skills;
  • High ability to solve and simplify complex problems;
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with fast execution;
  • Comfortable working with large datasets;
  • Ability to interact, collaborate and build relationships with different business areas;
  • Advanced Office skills — especially Excel;
  • Proactive in seeking out and implementing solutions;
  • A strong team player with a hunger for challenges!
