About the role

  • Support the organization of the trade promotional calendar, ensuring it is up to date and aligned with the marketing strategy.
  • Monitor the execution of promotional activities with the sales team, assisting with materials checks, deadlines and alignments.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis of customer behavior, identifying opportunities based on information provided by the team.
  • Support preparation for sales conventions, helping organize materials, presentations and logistical requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers to support the briefing, production and distribution process for brand materials.
  • Assist in organizing and monitoring incentive campaigns for the commercial team.
  • Produce results reports on actions for the manager, consolidating data and extracting basic learnings.
  • Track sales and product turnover indicators, reporting deviations and opportunities to the manager.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of POS (point of sale) projects, helping ensure a good shopping experience.
  • Help implement sales incentive programs, monitoring team participation and performance.
  • Monitor retail activity, conducting initial research and analysis on trends, competitors and opportunities.
  • Open and follow up on payment requests/tickets.
  • Create briefings for the graphic design team.
  • Act as an interface with internal areas (commercial/sales team, styling, branding, graphic design, digital and visual merchandising).

Requirements

  • Degree or work experience in Communication or Marketing
  • Driven by creative intuition but able to analyze data and read/interpret performance reports
  • Well-developed organization, creativity, innovation and communication skills
  • Retail experience is desirable
  • Experience with content production is a plus
