About the role
- Advanced/Fluent English required, as there will be frequent interaction with teams and partners in other countries;
- Management of service providers' SLAs;
- Ensure timely delivery of imports to Europe, the UK and the United States;
- Monitor production and coordinate action plans to reduce delays;
- Monitor KPIs;
- Prepare weekly performance presentations for partner teams;
- Manage purchase orders for suppliers;
- Handle supplier financial management and payments;
- Control inbound goods and forecasts for international inventories.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Foreign Trade, Production Engineering or other Engineering disciplines.
- Proven experience as a Senior Inbound Analyst or in an equivalent role.
- Advanced English – excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced Excel skills (including basic BI knowledge).
- Strong communication and analytical profile.
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills, organization and strategic vision.
- Experience with content production and review.
