About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure methodological support, strategic direction and infrastructure for Training & Development (T&D) processes, including Performance Management, Flexibility Map and Learning Paths.
  • Consolidate the LNT, collecting and analyzing job descriptions, performance evaluations, budgets and company targets.
  • Enable the Annual Training Planning (PLANT and Extra-PLANT), leading prioritization meetings with DHO Operations and managers.
  • Mediate relationships with vendors and partner companies involved in the T&D process.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and external consultancies and organize the physical and digital infrastructure for trainings and events.
  • Plan and monitor the execution of the Onboarding Program, ensuring resources and updating materials.
  • Monitor staffing and development needs through Recruitment & Selection planning.
  • Operationalize the Performance Management cycle by configuring the system, publishing schedules and training managers.
  • Provide technical and logistical support for calibration meetings, audit the quality of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and issue final reports.
  • Design and configure learning tracks on LMS/e-learning platforms.
  • Align instructional content with managers and support leaders in monitoring and technically developing their teams.
  • Act as the technical focal point for internal and external auditors, presenting evidence, defending procedures and addressing deviations.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records and ensure standardized application of evidence.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyze monthly operational and strategic data related to T&D and Performance Management.
  • Prepare and present management reports to leadership on team engagement and development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection processes, competency-based interviewing, test administration and group exercises.
  • Experience with administrative and bureaucratic tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel.
  • Availability to work in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil.
