About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in drafting, reviewing and screening low- and medium-complexity contract drafts (service agreements, supplier contracts, leases, school partnerships, among others), ensuring compliance with the group's internal guidelines and policies;
Manage and organize the digital signature workflow for contracts, ensuring all documents go through the proper approval levels and are filed appropriately;
Provide support in clarifying questions related to contract terms, terminations and contractual obligations;
Support the analysis of contractual risks that could lead to litigation and conduct doctrinal or case-law research to substantiate legal opinions related to contract execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law students in their 5th to 7th semesters (preferred);
Interest or affinity with Civil Law, General Theory of Contracts and Consumer Law courses;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word for drafting/formatting documents and intermediate Excel for tracking deadlines and preparing status reports);
Familiarity with e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Clicksign);
Familiarity or interest in using Artificial Intelligence and/or automation tools;
Clear and concise communication: ability to translate contractual legal terms into simple language for school directors and commercial partners;
Meticulous attention to detail: essential to identify risks, inconsistencies or missing mandatory clauses in third-party drafts;
Organized, deadline-oriented and able to handle a high volume of requests in a dynamic environment;
Team player: ability to collaborate actively with the legal team and with the group's various corporate and school areas.
