About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
Manage media budgets by brand, ensuring efficiency
Monitor performance metrics daily (CPL, CPA, conversion rate) and implement tactical adjustments
Prepare periodic performance reports and monthly media plans
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audiences and campaign structures
Collaborate with data and content teams to align strategy and funnel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing paid traffic (Google Ads and Meta Ads), preferably across multiple accounts/brands simultaneously
Strong knowledge of performance metrics and campaign optimization
Familiarity with BI tools
Experience with automations (n8n) or media API integrations
Experience in the education sector or working with lead-generation funnels
