Education Analyst
Grupo Salta EducaçãoEducation Analyst supporting training for pedagogical teams at Grupo Salta. Focusing on organizing and managing educational programs and initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning and organization of ongoing professional development for pedagogical coordinators;
- Track schedules, deliverables, registrations, attendance and feedback from training sessions;
- Organize materials, presentations, scripts, forms and supporting documents for trainings;
- Support the development of learning pathways, synchronous sessions, asynchronous content and pedagogical materials;
- Liaise with different departments, brands and leadership to ensure smooth execution of activities;
- Monitor indicators, records and evidence related to delivered trainings;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes by identifying opportunities for better organization, communication and follow-up;
- Support communication with participants, leaders and teams involved in the trainings;
- Manage multiple simultaneous requests, deadlines and the team’s workflows;
- Participate in the preparation of reports, summaries and monitoring materials for training activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or another teaching/licensure degree, preferably with postgraduate training in management;
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Ease working as part of a team and interacting with diverse audiences;
- Proactivity, responsibility and autonomy in carrying out tasks;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
- Openness to using technology and Artificial Intelligence to support organization, material production and process tracking;
- Interest in education, professional development and training.
- Advantageous: experience with educational projects, continuing education, pedagogical routines, process coordination, organizing training events, producing materials or monitoring indicators.
