About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with demand planning, purchase orders, quotations, and execution of educational supplies
Serve as a liaison with schools to ensure accurate inventory control
Assist in resolving logistical issues
Support supplier negotiations and mapping of new partners
Track and support management of KPIs related to instructional materials, exams, and photocopied materials
Monitor the department budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Enjoy working with numbers; be organized and proactive
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset
Knowledge of Power BI
