About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and monitor the area’s macro KPIs (Roll rate, Recovery, Delinquency) and report results to the executive board and to the schools.
- Direct management of two coordinators (Planning and Operations), ensuring their development, integration between functions and synergy in new projects.
- Lead the implementation of new projects in the area, negotiating contracts and coordinating the involved departments. Extensive interface with the product and technology teams.
- Select, hire and monitor the performance of external collection agencies focused on recovering inactive students.
- Work in close collaboration with school directors and the commercial team on collection and re-enrollment strategies, implementing initiatives to maximize the Group’s results.
- Manage the area’s budget (Opex and Capex), seeking the best efficiency between operating cost and recovered value and ensuring return on newly implemented projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in collections management, preferably in the education or services sector.
- Demonstrated experience leading coordinators or supervisors.
- Strong command of collections metrics, vintage/cohort analysis and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for interpreting indicators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Financial Management or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills, systemic thinking, resilience and excellent interpersonal communication.
