About the role

  • Operational support to the purchasing team (Assist with issuing and tracking purchase orders; update spreadsheets and systems with product, price, and supplier information)
  • Data and performance analysis (Monitor sales by collection, line, and product; identify best-selling and underperforming items across the three sales channels — retail, e-commerce, and wholesale; assist with inventory turnover analysis and replenishment needs)
  • Supplier communication (Assist in communication with suppliers — order follow-ups, lead times, etc.)
  • Update records and commercial partner information.
  • Organization and internal processes (Keep reports organized and up to date; support meeting preparation; ensure processes are being followed correctly)

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (between the 4th and 6th semesters)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
