About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage relationships with travel suppliers (agencies, airlines, car rental companies and hotels), monitoring contract execution, service quality and compliance with established agreements;
- Act as the focal point between internal clients and suppliers, conducting communications, following up on action plans and contributing to the resolution of corporate travel requests;
- Perform the financial closing of travel expenses, including accounting entries, provisions, deferrals, allocations and other movements between cost centers;
- Ensure correct allocation of expenses, ensuring compliance with internal processes and understanding the accounting impacts of financial transactions;
- Administer the travel management system, performing configurations, updates and providing user support whenever necessary;
- Prepare, monitor and evolve area indicators, transforming operational data into relevant information to support decision-making;
- Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of processes, policies and controls related to corporate travel and exchanges;
- Collaborate with different areas of the company to ensure process efficiency, data quality and adherence to operational workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of financial and accounting processes, including journal entries, provisions, deferrals and transactions between cost centers;
- Experience with data analysis and creation or monitoring of indicators/KPIs;
- Excellent organization and attention to detail to handle a large volume of information and simultaneous processes;
- Self-managing profile, with initiative, autonomy and the ability to manage tasks independently;
- Good communication and relationship skills to work with internal clients and suppliers;
- Analytical ability to interpret data, identify improvement opportunities and support area decisions.
