About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be responsible for the mobile/app product, ensuring roadmap decisions reflect user needs and the company’s strategic priorities;
- Prioritize and manage the backlog, translating opportunities and problems into clear initiatives for the development team;
- Monitor product performance metrics and propose improvement actions based on data;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives;
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement of the mobile user experience;
- Stay up to date with market trends in digital products, especially in the news segment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or related fields;
- Experience with digital products, with exposure to at least one stage of the product lifecycle (discovery, development, launch, growth);
- Knowledge of product methodologies, including discovery practices;
- Strategic mindset and the ability to connect product decisions to business objectives;
- Investigative and curious profile, with interest in understanding user behavior and trends in the digital market and news consumption;
- Strong communication skills and ease working in multidisciplinary environments, acting as a bridge between technology, editorial and business teams;
- Organized and autonomous in managing demands, priorities and deliveries;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Jira.
