Key responsibilities & impact

Promote internal culture, develop proposals, and contribute to defining the communication strategy;
Plan and execute communication plans and internal campaigns;
Plan and produce content for communication channels (internal audience);
Plan activities and events to recognize and engage employees;
Serve as the communications interface with different company areas and external vendors;
Prepare and analyze reports with department metrics and KPIs.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement (endomarketing);
Autonomy, initiative, and organizational skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Preferred/Additional qualifications:
Experience managing budgets;
Experience managing an internal social network.
