About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the financial administration of Grupo RBS’s fixed expenses, ensuring control, accuracy of information, and compliance with established deadlines;
  • Receive, verify, and validate fiscal documents, such as invoices, bills, and other payment-related documents;
  • Record and track expenses in corporate systems, monitoring the flow until payment is completed;
  • Follow up on outstanding issues and coordinate resolutions with internal departments and suppliers, ensuring prompt handling of requests;
  • Work directly on supplier payment routines, ensuring adherence to defined schedules and processes;
  • Negotiate deadlines and align information with suppliers, maintaining a professional relationship and a solution-oriented focus;
  • Serve as the point of contact between suppliers and internal areas, ensuring clear communication, follow-up, and timely responses to requests;
  • Organize and prioritize simultaneous demands, acting with a sense of urgency and commitment to service;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes by proposing solutions that increase efficiency, control, and standardization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Process Management, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in administrative and/or financial routines;
  • Experience with accounts payable processes, supplier payments, or related activities;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (filters, tables, and basic formulas);
  • Comfortable working with systems and administrative controls;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple demands;
  • Sense of urgency, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines;
  • Collaborative, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile.
