About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure continuous monitoring of market trends, consumer behavior, competitors and media performance, ensuring the team delivers up-to-date, actionable insights;
- Lead the agenda of macroeconomic, sectoral and regional analyses, defining priority topics and steering the team toward the most relevant areas;
- Identify and communicate growth opportunities, new segments and strategic risks, turning market intelligence into recommendations for senior leadership;
- Ensure the production and quality of strategic reports that support executive decision-making;
- Define the architecture and standards for key indicator dashboards, guiding the team in building and continuously evolving analyses;
- Structure and oversee the benchmarking and competitive mapping agenda, ensuring relevance and timeliness of information;
- Act as a strategic partner to commercial teams, promoting analyses that strengthen sales messaging and support revenue generation;
- Translate audience, consumption and performance data into actionable commercial arguments aligned with business needs;
- Promote integration of the area with Product, Market, Solutions, Marketing, BI and Finance teams, ensuring alignment and strategic use of the intelligence produced;
- Establish governance, quality and consistency standards for the databases used by the team;
- Define the roadmap for the evolution of analytical tools, automations and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, prioritizing initiatives with the greatest business impact;
- Institute methodologies for analysis, segmentation and data modeling, ensuring standardization and scalability of deliverables;
- Develop, engage and monitor the Market Intelligence team, fostering technical growth, ownership and high performance;
- Manage priorities and the area roadmap, ensuring quality, timely and strategically aligned deliveries;
- Lead strategic and structuring projects for company growth, coordinating resources and stakeholders;
- Structure and evolve the company's pricing model, guiding analyses related to occupancy, audience and market behavior;
- Supervise the development of predictive models and revenue scenario simulations, ensuring methodological rigor and strategic applicability;
- Lead the team's adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automations, promoting a culture of continuous experimentation and expanding the area's analytical capacity;
- Encourage the application of Artificial Intelligence in analysis, monitoring and insight-generation processes, contributing to faster, more strategic decisions;
- Prepare and present executive materials for the Board, Executive Committee (COMEX) and councils, representing the area in key decision forums;
- Consolidate the area as an internal reference in Market Intelligence, influencing strategic decisions through data and analysis.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields;
- Solid experience in Market Intelligence, Commercial Intelligence, BI or related areas;
- Experience with strategic analyses, market studies and competitive mapping;
- Experience supporting commercial areas and building data-driven narratives;
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar);
- Ability to define analytical methodologies, key indicators and segmentation models;
- Experience in leadership and team development;
- Strong analytical skills combined with strategic business vision;
- Experience in strategic projects, special studies or innovation initiatives;
- Experience with pricing, including product pricing, occupancy analysis, market behavior and revenue budgeting;
- Clear, objective and executive-level communication skills, including presentations to senior leadership;
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple areas across the organization;
- Experience or strong familiarity with applying Artificial Intelligence to data analysis, insight generation, process automation and decision support;
- Mindset oriented to innovation, continuous improvement and strategic use of AI to enhance the team's impact;
- Experience applying AI in business, analytics or market intelligence projects.
