About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the financial management of Planeta Atlântida and other RBS events, ensuring organization, control, and support for the financial management of the projects.
Manage operational budgeting, monitoring forecasts, allocations, expense control, and financial close with production companies, suppliers, and partners.
Oversee financial postings and validate revenues and expenses, ensuring accurate recording of the projects' financial information.
Track box office and event revenues, supporting closings, reconciliations, and financial performance analyses.
Develop management and profitability analyses, including vertical budget analyses, margin calculations, and financial KPIs to support decision‑making.
Create and update controls, management reports, and executive presentations with financial indicators, project status, and budget evolution.
Work collaboratively with the areas involved in projects, conducting follow‑ups and ensuring receipt of financial information within required deadlines.
Support the financial management of events with an analytical mindset, strong organization, business acumen, and a focus on continuous improvement of processes and controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience in budget management and monitoring; experience with project financial management and P&L (income statement) monitoring is a plus.
Knowledge of financial analysis, margin calculation, and budgetary control.
Advanced Excel.
Analytical, organized, process‑oriented profile with strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills for preparing presentations and reporting financial figures.
Ability to manage multiple demands and work autonomously.
Availability to travel and flexible working hours, especially during event execution periods.
Experience with events, entertainment, marketing, or large‑scale projects will be considered an advantage.
