About the role
- Ensure the performance and scalability of sales channels, operating both operationally and analytically;
- Operate and monitor retail (POS), online, and partner channels;
- Monitor and analyze sales by channel, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Support, guide, and train points of sale to improve performance;
- Organize commercial information and support the area's operational routines.
Requirements
- Experience in monitoring and operating sales channels;
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data control and analysis;
- Analytical, hands-on profile with a strong focus on execution.
