About the role
- Plan and execute the digital strategy for news brands, focusing on positioning and reach;
- Structure and monitor paid media campaigns (traffic, boosted posts and performance);
- Manage and optimize investments in digital campaigns;
- Monitor metrics, trends and opportunities to strengthen the brands' digital presence;
- Work collaboratively with the communications and branding team;
- Support the definition of digital narratives and communication guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related Communications field;
- Previous experience in digital strategy, paid media and performance campaigns;
- Knowledge of traffic management tools and social media metrics (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube);
- Analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into strategic recommendations;
- Organized and autonomous, with the ability to manage schedules and track results;
- Strategic understanding of digital communication and an interest in media and current affairs;
- Experience with institutional brands or news organizations is desirable.
