About the role
- Handle customer service and sales negotiations via phone and WhatsApp (outbound and inbound);
- Consult and manage leads and prospect for new clients;
- Register new subscriptions and apply benefits and discounts in the system;
- Use Excel to update and organize commercial/sales information.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Persuasive, resilient, and goal-oriented profile;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Basic knowledge of Excel;
- Experience in call center sales;
- Reside in Porto Alegre and/or the Metropolitan Region.
