About the role

  • Support the management of RBS TV's communication strategy;
  • Work alongside the team's analyst in executing campaigns and activities;
  • Contribute to the development of communication plans and multichannel (360°) initiatives;
  • Produce reports, prepare and monitor budgets, supporting the financial management of communication activities;
  • Help create briefings and support coordination with various stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, and external partners);
  • Collaborate with all TV teams to ensure alignment and provide support for communication needs;
  • Monitor campaign metrics and results, contributing to analysis and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Journalism, or Public Relations;
  • Creative, proactive, and execution-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow with the team;
  • Analytical and detail-oriented profile, with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Interest in and regular consumption of TV content, with awareness of industry trends;
  • Experience or exposure in communications, digital marketing, media, or advertising is a plus.
