About the role
- Develop customized commercial communication plans based on Grupo RBS media outlets and internal influencers to address the client's communication challenge, and monitor their performance with the commercial team and the client;
- Understand and apply communication, branding and marketing strategies;
- Collaborate with the commercial team to create and develop commercial projects focused on Grupo RBS solutions;
- Conduct alignments and negotiations to make ideas viable, including internal coordination and presentations;
- Present and defend projects to the commercial area and clients;
- Be connected to and interested in media consumption habits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields;
- Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Drive, Monday.com, social media platforms, and Microsoft Teams;
- Social media: active presence on social platforms and up to date with major platform updates. Primary focus: Instagram, TikTok and YouTube;
- Organization: ability to run tasks while keeping leadership/team informed;
- Strategic, disruptive, agile, proactive, organized and creative profile;
- Knowledge of communication and marketing theories and strategies;
- Experience in brand and media planning at an agency, media outlet, or in-house marketing department;
- Be connected to and interested in media consumption habits, creators and content;
- Knowledge of storytelling;
- Understand shared responsibility for relationships, ideas, deliverables, and visibility of risks and opportunities;
- Ensure full satisfaction of B2B clients (brands/agencies), encouraging repeat business;
- Proficiency in planning content for brands and creators;
- Research basics: request, analyze and apply research data to the plan;
- Differentials (desirable basic knowledge): familiarity with research techniques, project management and/or production.
