About the role
- Execute brand activations and events, coordinating all stages after contract signing and integrating all involved departments;
- Provide client support throughout the entire project lifecycle;
- Manage project/event expenses and revenues, negotiate with suppliers, and administer project and departmental budgets;
- Generate insights and propose creative, effective solutions for activations and events;
- Prepare post-sales materials and delivery reports, measuring results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Events, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or Advertising;
- Proven experience in event production (corporate and social) and brand activations;
- Experience in client service and project management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong spreadsheet skills for budget control;
- Organized, agile, collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of media, communications, and commercial project valuation is desirable.
