About the role
- Provide customer service focused on retaining subscribers who intend to cancel;
- Maintain and update control spreadsheets;
- Handle customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat).
Requirements
- High school diploma required; undergraduate studies in progress is a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience in sales and/or customer retention is desirable;
- Proficient with digital tools and platforms;
- Ability to work with various customer service systems/platforms;
- Agile and highly motivated to deliver results;
- Problem-solving focused, with strong negotiation skills and a commitment to excellent customer service;
- Must reside in Porto Alegre and/or the metropolitan area.
