About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitoring and verification of import processes;
  • Verification of import documentation;
  • Monitoring of processes and shipments;
  • Issuance of LPCO (Licenses, Permits, Certificates and Other Documents);
  • Entry and control of information in the OSGT system;
  • Completion and updating of process follow-ups;
  • Preparation and submission of import status reports;
  • Monitoring deadlines and stages of the import process;
  • Document control and support for departments involved in the operational workflow.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields;
  • Experience in import operations and customs clearance routines;
  • Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes and taxes/duties;
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Analytical, organized, proactive profile with good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
