About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring and verification of import procedures
Checking import documents
Tracking processes and shipments
Issuance of LPCO (Licenses, Permits, Certificates and Other Documents)
Entering and managing information in the OSGT system
Completing and updating process follow-ups
Preparing and sending import status reports
Monitoring deadlines and stages of the import process
Document control and providing support to areas involved in the operational flow

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields
Experience with import procedures and customs clearance
Knowledge of customs regulations, special regimes and taxes
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
