About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analysis, verification and monitoring of import documents for air and ocean freight
  • Registration and monitoring of LI/LPCO, DI and DUIMP processes
  • Performing follow-ups with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their processes
  • Supervising and guiding the assistant responsible for entering invoices and documents
  • Using the SIGRA system for registration, tracking and management of import processes
  • Managing customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics or related fields
  • Postgraduate studies (preferred): - Foreign Trade and International Business - International Logistics and Supply Chain - Customs Management and International Legislation
  • Solid experience in imports and foreign trade
  • Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes and taxes/duties
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
