About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring international shipments across ocean, air and road transport
Tracking deadlines and shipment status with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers
Verification of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, DI - Import Declaration, among others)
Support in the customs clearance process
Updating systems and internal controls with import process information
Follow-up with internal departments and external suppliers
Control of logistics costs and support in invoice reconciliation
Assistance in resolving operational issues related to shipments
Ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures according to current legislation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics or related fields
Solid experience in import and international trade
Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes and taxes
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
