About the role

  • Monitoring international shipments across ocean, air and road transport
  • Tracking deadlines and shipment status with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Verification of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, DI - Import Declaration, among others)
  • Support in the customs clearance process
  • Updating systems and internal controls with import process information
  • Follow-up with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Control of logistics costs and support in invoice reconciliation
  • Assistance in resolving operational issues related to shipments
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures according to current legislation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics or related fields
  • Solid experience in import and international trade
  • Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes and taxes
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
