About the role

  • Design, implement and maintain IAM/IGA processes and solutions
  • Manage the lifecycle of identities, profiles and access
  • Define and review roles, access matrices and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Configure and operate IAM, SSO and MFA tools
  • Work on IAM integrations with internal systems and cloud environments
  • Investigate identity- and access-related incidents
  • Produce IAM documentation, standards and training

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Information Security with a focus on IAM/IGA
  • Experience in identity management, provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Knowledge of SSO, MFA and identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Understanding of role-based access controls (RBAC) and access matrices
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and directory services (AD/Azure AD or similar)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into secure access controls
  • Experience with IAM/IGA tools (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, OneLogin, etc.) - Preferred
  • Security certifications (e.g., Security+, ISO 27001, CISSP, CCSP or similar) - Preferred
  • Experience with Zero Trust projects and access governance - Preferred
  • Experience working in medium/large companies or regulated environments - Preferred
