About the role

  • Prepare briefings for the in-house agency (in-house)
  • Support the review and approval of creative proposals
  • Quantify, validate, and authorize the production of point-of-sale (POS) materials
  • Monitor the initiation of quotations, requisitions, orders, payments, and transportation, coordinating with internal departments and print vendors
  • Prepare assembly instructions for MPDV (POS display materials) and internal communications for stores
  • Respond to store requests for materials and layout changes
  • Maintain control spreadsheets and reports to monitor KPIs
  • Monitor implementation of in-store projects (private label and third parties)
  • Assist with expense control and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Proactive, trend-aware, communicative, and committed to meeting deadlines
