About the role
- Prepare briefings for the in-house agency (in-house)
- Support the review and approval of creative proposals
- Quantify, validate, and authorize the production of point-of-sale (POS) materials
- Monitor the initiation of quotations, requisitions, orders, payments, and transportation, coordinating with internal departments and print vendors
- Prepare assembly instructions for MPDV (POS display materials) and internal communications for stores
- Respond to store requests for materials and layout changes
- Maintain control spreadsheets and reports to monitor KPIs
- Monitor implementation of in-store projects (private label and third parties)
- Assist with expense control and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Proactive, trend-aware, communicative, and committed to meeting deadlines
