About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • **Act in a consultative manner** to understand the needs of business areas, translating complex challenges into data solutions.
  • Work with data from different sources (internal and external), **structuring analytical pipelines** and ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Perform **statistical and exploratory analyses** to identify correlations, root causes, and factors that drive results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (any field of study).
  • Problem-solving ability using **data manipulation and analysis with SQL and Python** (we value logic, solution architecture, and the ability to leverage modern tools and AI more than memorizing syntax).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to apply **data storytelling** techniques for different audiences (technical and executive).
  • Availability to work in **Eldorado do Sul, RS (Brazil)**.
  • **Preferred qualifications**
  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge or practical experience with **statistical techniques for hypothesis testing** and modeling.
  • Familiarity or prior experience with **retail dynamics and KPIs**.
