About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform financial reconciliation of marketplace sales (iFood, Shopee, Mercado Livre, among others).
Verify sales reports against financial settlements, fees, and receipts.
Post financial settlements and perform reconciliations in the ERP.
Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies between invoiced, received, and reconciled amounts.
Manage credits, reversals, cancellations, chargebacks, and withholdings applied by marketplaces.
Monitor the financial settlement of receivables.
Prepare monitoring reports and reconciliation performance indicators.
Support financial and accounting close processes.
Propose improvements and automation for reconciliation processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and integration hubs.
Experience reconciling marketplace transactions.
Advanced Excel skills.
Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul.
Experience with SAP ERP
Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
Experience with financial process automation.
