About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop databases, and design, document and maintain ETL processes (extract, transform, load);
Securely and efficiently connect different data sources (ERP, BI, budgeting system);
Develop relational data models focused on performance, analysis and control for indicators originating from the Company’s strategic planning;
Automate recurring reports and activities (reporting tools and cross-functional KPI management);
Communicate results clearly and concisely and present to diverse audiences, applying storytelling techniques;
Build interactive dashboards with AI, Power BI, Python and other tools to monitor KPIs;
Support the development of new analytical models together with the business areas, ensuring alignment between current management/reporting models and those required to execute strategic planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and postgraduate qualification in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Controllership;
Experience exploring, manipulating and analyzing data using SQL and Python;
Knowledge of statistical techniques;
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, PivotTables, macros, etc.);
Advanced skills in Python and Power BI;
Knowledge of financial data, including financial statements;
Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models;
AI knowledge desirable;
Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul (RS).
