Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields preferred
Previous experience with employment termination processes, verification of termination calculations, and Personnel Department (Payroll/HR) routines
Knowledge of calculating and verifying termination payments, average earnings, statutory deductions, vacation, proportional 13th salary (13th-month pay), and social charges
Experience issuing termination documents such as TRCT, FGTS key, and unemployment insurance forms
Knowledge of eSocial, including data entry and submission of termination-related events
Familiarity with labor legislation and termination-related legal deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS (Rio Grande do Sul)
