About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the talent attraction and selection process for retail areas.
  • Source new talent and screen resumes/CVs.
  • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and conduct group and individual interviews alongside the hiring manager.
  • Provide feedback throughout the selection process and monitor onboarding documentation.
  • Assist candidates and employees with inquiries and resolve doubts.
  • Update spreadsheets and keep selection data organized.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.
  • Prior experience handling a high volume of vacancies is desirable.
  • Experience with the Gupy Recruitment & Selection and Gupy Admissions platforms is desirable.
