Talent Acquisition Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the talent attraction and selection process for retail areas.
- Source new talent and screen resumes/CVs.
- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and conduct group and individual interviews alongside the hiring manager.
- Provide feedback throughout the selection process and monitor onboarding documentation.
- Assist candidates and employees with inquiries and resolve doubts.
- Update spreadsheets and keep selection data organized.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Prior experience handling a high volume of vacancies is desirable.
- Experience with the Gupy Recruitment & Selection and Gupy Admissions platforms is desirable.
