About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development, definition and execution of funding strategy, including incentivized funding, loans, financings and debenture issuances;
Maintain relationships with financial institutions and investment funds;
Monitor and analyze financial investments, assessing returns, risks and overall portfolio performance;
Ensure compliance with financial covenants and contractual clauses with creditors;
Track the schedule of amortizations, interest and financial charges, ensuring information accuracy;
Support internal and external audit requests, providing information and analyses on indebtedness and investments;
Perform month-end closings related to debt, investments and financial results, ensuring data integrity;
Assist in the preparation and analysis of cash flow, ensuring alignment between liquidity, leverage and financial strategy;
Prepare executive presentations and reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related fields;
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Corporate Finance, Controllership or related areas is a plus;
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling (projections, scenario analysis, simulations);
Experience managing debt, cash flow analysis and monitoring financial indicators;
Knowledge of financial mathematics and financial statement analysis;
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Oracle or similar) is a plus;
Experience with bank debt operations;
Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul (RS), Brazil.
