About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute daily financial processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established deadlines;
Reconcile sales, payments, receipts, card transactions, PIX, deposits and marketplaces, ensuring information accuracy;
Import and process bank remittance and return files (receipts/payments);
Conduct active collections from customers and suppliers, including negotiations and credit analysis;
Respond to inquiries via chatbot, email, phone and financial area tickets;
Manage store cash registers for Grupo Panvel;
Provide support to customers, suppliers and stores by email or phone on financial matters;
Monitor and clear supplier advances and expenses;
Keep internal financial policies up to date.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
Experience with financial routines, accounts payable/receivable or bank reconciliation;
Knowledge of bank and sales reconciliation processes (cards, PIX, deposits, marketplaces);
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
Experience with ERP management systems;
Interest and affinity with the Finance area;
Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS.
