About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the backlog for multiple Generative AI products, ensuring clear priorities, context and acceptance criteria for the technical team;
Act as a bridge between business areas and the development team, translating needs into product opportunities;
Map, together with requesting teams, the real problems that can be solved with Generative AI — including agents, assistants, content generation and automations;
Lead alignment, refinement and validation meetings with stakeholders across different levels and areas of the company;
Oversee the product lifecycle: from conception to delivery and measurement of results;
Contribute to building a data- and impact-driven product culture within the team;
Stay up to date on the Generative AI ecosystem (models, tools, use cases), bringing relevant references to the team and the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a track record of delivery in agile environments;
Ability to manage multiple products and contexts simultaneously while maintaining focus and clear priorities;
Clear and concise communication — able to present a business discovery to a director and to detail acceptance criteria for an engineer;
Understanding of how Generative AI solutions work (LLMs, RAG, agents, prompting) — programming skills are not required, but you should understand what is technically feasible and what adds value;
Autonomy to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into initiatives with clear scope and objectives;
Ability to build trust-based relationships with technical teams and business stakeholders, gaining credibility in both domains.
Nice to have
Experience with AI, automation or data-driven product projects;
Experience in companies with multiple business units;
Strategic product vision — ability to look beyond the backlog and contribute to a long-term roadmap;
Informal leadership and influence without formal authority — a profile that motivates and organizes teams even without formal hierarchy.
