About the role

  • Execute daily financial routines, contributing to the organization and accuracy of data and ensuring deadlines are met for the department.
  • Perform reconciliations of sales, payments, receipts, card transactions, PIX, deposits and marketplaces, ensuring data consistency.
  • Import and process bank remittance and return files (receipts/payments).
  • Support active collections for customers and suppliers, including simple negotiations and initial credit analysis.
  • Respond to requests via chatbot, email, phone and ticketing system, providing support to internal and external areas.
  • Control and verify store cash registers for Grupo Panvel.
  • Provide support to customers, suppliers and stores on financial matters.
  • Manage and settle supplier advances and expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining internal financial policies.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience with financial routines, accounts payable/receivable or bank reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of reconciliation processes for bank accounts and sales (cards, PIX, deposits, marketplaces).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP management systems.
  • Strong interest/affinity with the Finance area.
  • Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS (Brazil).
