About the role

  • Perform analysis and validation of commercial approval limits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze the onboarding time for new suppliers and products, identifying opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of new products and reactivated items using indicators and reports, supporting commercial teams in strategy development.
  • Analyze and oversee cross-docking processes, ensuring compliance with operational flows and established deadlines.
  • Develop and organize materials, controls and new resources that support commercial teams and improve information management.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and the evolution of commercial processes.
  • Provide support to suppliers and internal departments by answering questions, following up on requests and ensuring proper information flow.
  • Monitor and manage deadline adjustments related to items and suppliers, ensuring correct system updates and alignment with involved areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Commercial Management, Accounting or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS (Rio Grande do Sul).
