About the role

  • Perform daily analyses of partnership behavior for partnership agreements, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze market and competitors, supporting the identification of opportunities and proposing innovations.
  • Generate and monitor consumption and performance reports for agreements.
  • Monitor area indicators and KPIs, ensuring visibility of results.
  • Automate processes for data extraction, cleaning and analysis using SQL, Excel and BI tools.
  • Map processes and requirements, organizing and structuring the area’s data flow.
  • Develop reports, dashboards and executive presentations with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Present results, supporting business areas in understanding the metrics and the “why” behind the results.
  • Propose and lead action plans to increase sales conversion, attract new customers and improve partnership performance.
  • Monitor and support joint actions with corporate teams.
  • Support the launch of new partnerships and assist the commercial team in prospecting and developing agreements.
  • Support the Partnerships team with internal requests and opportunities within the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering or related fields.
  • Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS, Brazil.
  • Experience in data analysis, including collection, cleaning, analysis and generation of business insights.
  • Experience building, monitoring and interpreting metrics, reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Practical experience with data tools and technologies such as BI/Power BI, SQL, Python and Data Lake.
  • Experience interacting with partner relations, agreements or commercial teams.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable information.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Continuous learning mindset, good time management, proactivity, ability to concentrate, focus and collaborate in a team environment.
