About the role
- Plan and execute institutional campaigns.
- Plan and execute events, brand activations, and other marketing initiatives.
- Execute and follow up on requests from the retail/stores team, handling design and production requests for point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Implement POS campaigns, contributing strategically to the strengthening of the brand.
- Liaise with internal teams involved in campaign and activation operations.
- Work with agencies and partners responsible for executing brand events and activations.
- Maintain communication with advertising and media agencies that support the marketing team.
- Operate in a dynamic environment, seeking results-oriented solutions.
Requirements
- Preferred experience in retail marketing, with involvement in 360-degree (integrated) campaigns.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) activations and materials in retail.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
