About the role

  • Verify receipt of admission/onboarding documents, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements;
  • Contact candidates to request missing documents, providing guidance on deadlines and procedures;
  • Enter new employee data into the HCM Senior system, ensuring accuracy of information;
  • Submit data to e-Social, meeting legal deadlines and ensuring data integrity;
  • Support the admissions team with administrative tasks related to hiring processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (technical course or degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields preferred);
  • Experience with administrative routines, preferably in admission/onboarding processes;
  • Knowledge of HCM Senior and e-Social is a plus;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS.
