About the role
- Integrate security practices into the development pipeline.
- Automate processes to ensure applications are more secure and stable.
- Monitor and support the infrastructure team (hybrid), providing a security perspective to ensure high availability and a secure environment.
- Implement and manage security tools, such as vulnerability scanners (for code and infrastructure), firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify risks and implement continuous improvements.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards and policies.
Requirements
- Knowledge of automation platforms, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
- Experience with security tools, such as vulnerability scanners, SAST, DAST, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of networks, security protocols, and information security best practices.
