About the role

Execute the full lifecycle of Data Science models, from exploratory analysis, feature engineering and validation through to production deployment.
Develop solutions driven by business problems, ensuring technical robustness, data quality and reproducibility of results.
Work on small to medium-sized projects with iterative deliveries and close stakeholder engagement.
Promote software engineering best practices, including modular code, testing, version control and documentation.
Conduct code reviews and support the implementation of performance metrics and model monitoring.
Contribute to the team's growth by participating in technical discussions and supporting early-career professionals.
Define success metrics (KPIs) for projects and support impact and ROI analyses of developed solutions.

Experience in Data Science projects applied in a corporate context.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with a focus on clean, modular code and version control (Git).
Solid knowledge of statistics, Machine Learning algorithms and MLOps fundamentals.
Strong communication skills to present analyses and technical results to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technology-related field.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Experience with pricing, inventory or assortment projects (elasticity models, demand forecasting, optimization algorithms, etc.)
