About the role

  • Lead business development between the company and its suppliers, building relationships and negotiating sell-out development plans;
  • Plan and implement performance strategies for the categories under your responsibility;
  • Develop business plans aimed at achieving sales and profitability targets;
  • Monitor the development of new products and negotiate their introduction into the portfolio;
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activities and policies for expired products;
  • Plan and implement procurement strategies, establish agreements and act to resolve commercial conflicts;
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends;
  • Analyze and track performance indicators such as sales, profitability and inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Foreign Trade, Marketing or related fields;
  • Previous experience in procurement, category management or trade marketing;
  • Experience analyzing performance and profitability indicators;
  • Knowledge of commercial strategies, product portfolio planning and management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Preferred experience in the retail, pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors;
  • Experience in commercial negotiations;
  • Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS.
