About the role
- Participate in meetings to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
- Work with data from multiple sources, both internal and external.
- Develop simple ETLs and ensure their quality and consistency.
- Perform statistical and exploratory analyses to identify correlations, root causes, and factors that affect the company’s business.
- Present insights and results to the business, exposing and validating assumptions with the team.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify improvement opportunities and propose data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to the validation of data products developed by the team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in data exploration, manipulation, and analysis using SQL and Python.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques.
- Ability to communicate results clearly and concisely and present to diverse audiences, applying storytelling techniques.
- Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS (Brazil).
